Introducing an exciting new research project to challenge current paradigms and shift mindsets about the intersection of Organizational Culture & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB)
- New quantitative & qualitative data
- Identification of new insights, their implications, and the root causes of success
- Meta- & case studies
- Actionable recommendations
The Opportunity:
We know that many workplaces fail to create healthy cultures where people of all backgrounds can thrive alongside their business. What’s more, whatever progress is achieved has been hard to sustain. In many organizations, culture and DEIB are organized and managed separately (if at all). We believe both spaces still fall far short of expectations and that the key to sustainable results comes from bringing them together.
There is a dearth of research connecting these two interdependent spaces. The aim of our research project is to positively disrupt current paradigms in DEIB and organizational culture by exploring and discovering new insights where these spaces intersect. These would drive different approaches that organizations must take to survive in the Future of Work.
Results will be published as a public white paper, in academic journal(s), and book(s) along with press coverage.
